What is a Mousse Kiss?
A Mousse Kiss is the most delicious bite size brownie that you will ever have! It can be described as a cross between a brownie and a chocolate truffle on a vanilla wafer cookie crust. A small batch recipe of chocolate, cream, sugar, and eggs are whipped up then baked on top of a vanilla wafer crust and finished with a melted chocolate topping. It is a bite size three-layer chocolate heart shaped flourless brownie that was loved so much, I gave them the name Mousse Kiss.

Why the heart shape?
Originally, these little treats were baked in 2003 on a sheet pan and cut into squares. They were the treat of the holidays and only baked once a year. That all changed when I was commissioned in 2007 to make desserts for a yearly charity event. They were requested in the shape of a heart. Mission accepted and accomplished! They took the shape from then on.
No matter the shape, a kiss is still a kiss.
Who makes a Mousse Kiss?
I do! My name is Sharon! I went from being a project manager in the construction industry to culinary school to food and beverage manager to owner-operator. My passion is baking Mousse Kisses and seeing the joy on faces of those who indulge in a kiss or two.
